Well, after failing miserably last year at this time I am going to try quit smoking again..

I am using nicoderm CQ patches and will power.

Day 1 - 12:27pm....All is well...

Dammit...was hoping for a reason to buy a pack!

Haven't had one since Monday afternoon at 3:30:47pm EST.
It was sunny, with a slight overcast, the breeze gently out of the south west with....

can ya tell I'm still battling the cravings?

I am pleased for you, you can do it.....if eva you feel the need for that cig just take a look at #160 and say to yourself I don't want to look like that and keep reminding yourself that you could end up like that, ewwww what a horrid thought
