Just as a point of information, there is a bill pending in congress at this time which makes it unlawful for anyone who is not of Australian origin to refer to another human being, (other than a spouse), as "mate", "matee" or by any other word beginning with the letter "m" and ending with the letter "e" and which also contains the letter "t".    If you are a violator of that law (and you law breakers know who you are) you might want to reform before the consequences strike home!  Producing a valid Australian certificate of birth shall serve as a complete defense.  All others will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
