Again!

Well, after failing miserably last year at this time I am going to try quit smoking again..

I am using nicoderm CQ patches and will power.

Day 1 - 12:27pm....All is well...

You can do it.

Hang in there.

If you get really bad cravings drink 2 full glasses of grapefruit juice. Believe me it kills cravings. I quit last year and that's how I did it.

There are times though it comes down to a fight by the minute. She has been checking in since I have been out of town and YES vStyler she is looking at your success and I think she has determined if you can do it so can she...and me.
